Royalty Free Web Usage (RFWU) License

Definition:  What Royalty Free Web Usage (RFWU) means is that you pay for the
image(s) only once and then use it as many times as you like for up to 20,000 copies (If
this amount is exceeded, you need to acquire this license again by purchase. The new
license will then provide you with the same amount of copies and usage rights.) for any
eBook cover publication for resale, and may also be used for their promotional materials
listed below. There are no royalties to be paid. Images can be bought over and over
again by others.

Receive:  The Royalty Free Web Usage (RFWU) license is for 72dpi, 667x1000 pixels
(wide or high depending whether vertical or horizontal images), non-watermarked images
(the image(s) you purchase and that are provided for you to download); all the other
versions (small watermarked and non-watermarked thumbnail images displayed) may not
be saved, downloaded or used other than for temporary mock-up design(s) not for
publication, or by Romance Novel Covers, LLC and their affiliate companies.

Usage:  This license includes the right to use RNC photo(s) only on romance novel covers
for eBbook resale. All other usage(s) must solely be for romance novel style promotional
material(s) only, and not for resale other than by Romance Novel Covers, LLC and their
affiliate companies. Unauthorized resale usage includes, but not limited to; banners,
blankets, bookmarks, business cards, calendars, fliers, key chains, magazine or
newspaper articles, mouse pads, mugs, PDF presentations, postcards, screensavers or
background skins, stamps, t-shirts, tote bags, towels, website templates or web-pages. In
addition, RNC stock images may not be posted on any website, web-page, PDF
presentation or the like, larger than 400 pixels high for vertical images, or 400 pixels
wide for horizontal images, while still in their stock image state. This is to prevent viewers
from saving the images and using them themselves without paying for the image
license rights to use them.
